Fatal: Could not write slog event
(GNU) 3.4.6
cidguard - Check the validity of SD/MMC cards containing navigation data.
Usage:
%C [-p path] [-M file] [-d delay] [-f path] [-D] [-e extension] [-n name]
[-H file]
Arguments:
-p path Path to check for navigation databases.
-M file Print debug output to file (default is stdout)
-d delay Delay is seconds after program start to wait before
performing checks.
-f path Path to a directory to store dropfiles in. Dropfiles signal
a certain state of the the CID validation process:
nonavdisc.cidguard // no navigation medium
invalidcid.cidguard // invalid card id
ioerror.cidguard // io error during check
confirmedok.cidguard // medium appears to be valid
eject.cidguard // medium was ejected
unknown.cidguard // unknown state; ignore.
It is recommended for the path to point towards a temporary
directory. If this option is not used, dropfiles won't be
created. In case Option -D is specified, the signaled status
won't go the 'eject' state as soon as the card is dismounted,
and will remain at 'invalidcid' until a new medium has been
detected by the cidguard utility.
-D Automatically dismount the device the navigation directory
resides on.
-e extension Only check files with the given extension. If this option and
option -n are not specified cidguard will take _all_ files
into account. The option can be used multiple times to specify
up to 256 extension definitions. Extension tests are case
insensitive.
-n name Only check files with the given name. If this option and
option -n are not specified cidguard will take _all_ files
into account. The option can be used multiple times to specify
up to 256 name definitions.
-H file Load legacy hash table from a file. Use this to override built
in legacy hashes.
Example:
cidguard -p /fs/sd0/database -M /hbsystem/multicore/p -d 20
Once the process is running for 20 seconds, it will monitor the given path for
changes. As soon as an insert of a navigation database takes place, the program
will attempt to validate the SD-Card to see if its genuine. If the card is
found to be invalid, the mountpoint the path is residing on will be dismounted.
This works as long as the underlying MMC/SD driver correctly supports the
interface as specified in dcmd_sim_mmcsd.h.NAME=cidguard
